Dr Leppard was phenomenal! I had to go in for nerve testing on the median nerve and for the ulnar nerve due to constant numbness in both hands. Not only did her staff call me when a cancelled happened and I got in almost two weeks earlier than planned but she was friendly, explained everything, talk to you like you were actually a human, and she cared that I was there. Dr. Leppard is brilliant, efficient and caring! Love her.
Unethical billing practices went in for exam was told my copay was my normal amount which was $60.00 than the next thing I know I supposedly have a bill for over $500.00 If I had known up front wouldn't have done it. So I find out about so said bill after I get a knock on my front door being served with paperwork from a debt collector stating I need to appear in court to protest the bill.
