I’ve had a couple accidents and got treated here, my time here was very smooth and every one was very friendly
The front desk staff and therapist are wonderful and friendly. My only downside would be the doctor, his demeanor when treating patients is not the best. He lacks professionalism and doesn’t listen to you.
The location that is in Gentilly was very limited with hands on physical therapy. Just a light tap on the spine with an instrument and no form of body work up therapy. No active release techniques, no advanced chiropractic techniques, no therapeutic massages, etc. The environment is very dated, lacks proper equipment, and there is no personable communication while you are receiving hot pad and TENS treatment.
