This was the worst staffing agency I ever used in my life. They are incompetent and unreliable, they also wait less than a week from your start date to tell you “your background” didn’t clear and won’t be starting anymore. I turned down other job offers thinking I had a job secured with them. I didn’t even want to use an agency but I decided to give this company a try and it turns out I should’ve never wasted my time. I don’t recommend them. I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company.

I cannot begin to express how happy I have been with the service that Medical Professionals has provided to me. We were working for far too long on a skeleton crew, and it was so difficult to find quality staff. I reached out to Alec and Laura, They assessed our needs and we got the ball rolling. I was able to hire directly from Medical Professionals 5 employees who have all been of high quality. Super shout out to all of the recruiters who assisted me in solving our staffing issue! If I can rate it more lower than this one star I would say yes. Never every trust or work under them. It’s like a wasted time with them based on my experiences they gonna call for many interviews and try to give next day interview with out giving any change for applicants to have more time to be prepared for the interview or even let’s say you already work tomorrow. They don’t understand that and they ask you to be available on the time that works for them.

Medical Professionals is a good company, but really lousy on communication. I was given no prior notice to the end of my assignment and have not gotten back to me in regards to getting my belongings back from my previous employer.
