DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are consistently unavailable to help you. I receive a different answer every time I call for information (If I ever get to speak to someone that is). They do not return phone calls if messages are left and take forever to respond to orders from your doctor. My doctor sent orders to change my CPAP settings over a week ago and nothing has been done, even after calling to find out what is going on. Wish this gave me the option to give less than zero stars!
This company will not assist me with obtaining warranty service on my RESMED breathing device. It is almost impossible to speak to the same person twice and when ever I call, they never know anything about my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your medical supplies.

This company is THE WORST! They refused to work with me when I needed to have the parameters on a pulse ox changed!! And even worse refused to stand behind a GB that was severely defective.
Medical Plus Supply, Conrow, TX. This company is a world class BAD customer service group. They break Medicare rules, bill but don't ship supplies until you call them two weeks latter, wow! They refused to carry life support products because they did not want to carry the products.
