I lived here when 1st built in 1971., apt 911. Was close to pharmacy school but weather was pretty bad because of the elevation. Was better than any other apartment near the university. Rent was $150/mo for a 2 BR. Washing was $0.50 & drying was 10 cents/10 minutes coins only (computers & calculators not invented yet). Fun times.

Bro complaining about a $1000 2 bedroom 4 years ago. If he reviewed it again today he would be saying how $1000 for a 2 bedroom is a godsend and he is extremely lucky to live here. I don't live here but my friend from highschool does. The apartments are cozy in a good way. You get a nice view of either the valley or the mountains, both are great! The appliances work well. Sure would like medical records my medical poa can't find where I live I've been kidnapped human body tortured and imy medical records have been altered and Dr. China cox readmitted me somewhere the day after attny general Sean Reyes faked my death in a phoney weird death certificate which is not normal
$1000/month for a SMALL 2 bedroom apartment, small kitchen with newish stovetop oven and refrigerator, double tub sink but no dishwasher. On site laundry with that's $1.25 per wash or dry but there's no change machine, also washers lock when they are started but not the dryers. Found out that the other university run student apartments get free laundry.
