Unprofessional practice.
Doctors and nurses are very good and kind and not everyone in the front is professional just a few but 1 can mess up the rest. Very unorganized and get told the same day when I have to see the medical doctors instead of a day in advance or a week in advance seems that the get everything as they go.
Terrible service the staff at the front desk attitude is very disgusting. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
