This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. The staff was unprofessional, unorganized, and showed little concern for patients’ time or well-being. Appointments felt meaningless since I was left waiting for over an hour, only to be rushed through in a few minutes without real explanations about my health concerns. Communication was terrible — phone calls went unanswered, and when I finally reached someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful don’t recommend no one to go there
I love all the doctors and front desk staff here. They always call to remind me about my appointments and are very responsive whenever I need anything. Their physiotherapy treatment helped me get rid of my backache. I’m so grateful to them! Dr. Slivkina and Rebecca are the best!
