I have called and emailed tons of times. Each time they act like they don't know who I am. Or who my child is that I've signed up for their aba program. I've been on the so called waiting list for 3 years. As well as they've lost paperwork very very unprofessional. I don't know who's in charge here but they're slacking at their job. Why is it so hard to get help for my child who has autism and is nonverbal.
The waiting room is uncomfortable.
