I went there at 6:55 pm and they told me they were not taking any patient because it was about to close and not capacity when actually there was nobody waiting there without mention they close at 8pm. Ridiculous.
They take your drivers license and insurance cards and tell you to leave and wait in your car. Why can’t they just take the copy of your cards immediately and hand them back to you? The process is messy and ridiculous. Everyone was coming back in and asking for their cards back. Waited for almost two hours until I was called to come back in, while all the time I was in my car not knowing if they forgot about me. Wonderful physical therapy! Their therapist Jerome is a miracle worker, he’s excellent as well as gentle to help you with a speedy recovery.
Came for a covid rapid test told me wait was an hour and sat outside in my car for over 4 hours asked front desk why are they taking so long and they just said 3 people ahead of me still an hour after like what are they doing at the back never again!!! And they still haven’t seen me
Front desk was very rude and never called me to enter for a much needed covid test. After an hour wait I left because I was never called when told to wait in my car. Even after I left hours later I never received a call at all. Given the situation to leave me to wait like that is shameful. I head warnings to those going there. Do yourself a favor Go somewhere else.
