Shame you can’t leave negative stars as a review, I would If I could!! Our old Eye Dr. Retired and sent our records here MOA Shrewsbury PA. We (Wife and I) had an appointment in Dec of 2022, made our next annual appointment for Dec 2023. We showed up for that appointment and the place was basically abounded!! I have been told by the corporate office that they THINK an email was sent announcing the closure... My wife is a patient at the Shrewsbury PA location and had her initial appointment 2 weeks ago. She has an issue with her prescription. She as been calling for 2 weeks, 99 percent of the time NOBODY ANSWERS!! On the rare occasion somebody does, they say they'll call back, BUT NEVER DO!! HOW do you business like that?? I've even called the new patient line and still NO ANSWER! They were more than happy to take her money, but now she's a stranger.

Medical Optometry of America and Leslie O’Dell, OD, FAAO scheduled me on 8/30/2023 for a Lipiflow procedure. The appointment was confirmed with the MOA online account which listed the appointment (3:15pm), the procedure ("Lipiflow"), and the location (Shrewsbury PA). When I arrived for my appointment in Shrewsbury/New Freedom, Pennsylvania, after taking off work and driving 88 miles, a technician took me into an exam room and told me they "no longer offered Lipiflow at this location." Everyone was very pleasant, answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I would recommend them highly!
