I’m a new patient, and I was trying to schedule an appointment, the front desk was so rude and not professional! She goes I’m gonna hang up! Can you call me later?! When I told her I can’t I’m at work she goes I can’t im at work too!!!! She makes me feel that I came to her house and I’m interrupting her when she’s working!!! So I decided to not go there! The title says it all!
Dr Sherman is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor in the eye care field. I had no idea how truly important compassion and knowledge are in a care provider until I recently had devastating experiences with two other retina specialist groups who told me I had a progressive eye disease that will eventually lead to legal blindness and there was nothing they could do and they’ll see me in a year. I came seeking a 3rd opinion for double vision. Absolutely loved Dr. Sherman and all of his staff. I would highly recommend. Full of knowledge, friendliness, and an overall understanding of how to be top notch! Thank you for being awesome and just what I needed. They say 3rd time is a charm.
