Dr. Sherman is amazing! He is friendly and super understanding, he was available immediately for an emergency appointment. He is knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. My eye is feeling much better and I am super thankful for him!
I visited this doctor due to ongoing issues with my soft contact lenses. He recommended switching to hard lenses, which I agreed to try. Unfortunately, none of my visits were covered by insurance, and despite multiple appointments and spending thousands of dollars on the new lenses and out-of-pocket fees, my original issue was never resolved. I’m very disappointed with the outcome, especially given the time and money invested. I still cannot comfortably wear the lenses that were recommended.
These must all be fake reviews. This place is never open. They never answer calls and they never return calls. Completely frustrating the lengths people go to to establish a fake business. I get you people are supposed to be doctors and not business people but at least answer a call and/or return a call!
I’m a new patient, and I was trying to schedule an appointment, the front desk was so rude and not professional! She goes I’m gonna hang up! Can you call me later?! When I told her I can’t I’m at work she goes I can’t im at work too!!!! She makes me feel that I came to her house and I’m interrupting her when she’s working!!! So I decided to not go there! The title says it all!
Dr Sherman is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor in the eye care field. I had no idea how truly important compassion and knowledge are in a care provider until I recently had devastating experiences with two other retina specialist groups who told me I had a progressive eye disease that will eventually lead to legal blindness and there was nothing they could do and they’ll see me in a year.
