We are still at the beginning of MOA treatment, so I cannot comment on the clinical results yet. However, we have been disappointed with the patient communication at this office. This is not the first time we have experienced very limited acknowledgment and engagement from the doctor. Great place, best experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. Extremely nice, helpful and excellent care.
My son walked in with his eyes being so bad with glasses that he couldn't get his driver's license and walked out with a prescription for glasses that would make him see 20/20. Dr. Sherman is the best!
Dr. Sherman is amazing! He is friendly and super understanding, he was available immediately for an emergency appointment. He is knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. My eye is feeling much better and I am super thankful for him!
I visited this doctor due to ongoing issues with my soft contact lenses. He recommended switching to hard lenses, which I agreed to try. Unfortunately, none of my visits were covered by insurance, and despite multiple appointments and spending thousands of dollars on the new lenses and out-of-pocket fees, my original issue was never resolved. I’m very disappointed with the outcome, especially given the time and money invested. I still cannot comfortably wear the lenses that were recommended.
