Dr. Molina and his staff have given me and my family above-and-beyond care.
I try to not go to doctors........ever. But Dr. Molina, I have found, is one that doesn't seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient. He always seems to have his 'antenna' tuned to see what might or might not be a problem.
Dr Molina is a nice Doctor, I do however have huge issues with Mercy Medical Center as a whole. To remain on this subject though I will say I was set to begin iron infusions this afternoon and arrived on time to their clinic Medical Oncology & Hematology Mercy Clinic at 411 Laurel in Des Moines. They sent me up to the Chemo clinic and where I was promptly ignored by staff who then had me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour waiting. I have been going to this facility for the last 5 years and have been more than pleased both by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. It has made my cancer treatment as pleasant as it could possibly be and I am grateful for all you do
