I have mixed feelings. The staff and Dr Greenwald are compassionate during treatment and office visits. When an emergency arose, Dr Greenwald was at the hospital to consult for Jim's treatment. But after Jim's death, nothing. Not even a sympathy card. I went to the office to donate bottles of Ensure for other patients and nurse Kim and another person expressed sympathy for my loss and told me I could come in for counseling. I can't go back to MOA.
I had to go for a bone marrow biopsy. As a result, I've been in pain for three weeks. I requested some temporary medication for the pain for when I walk distances, but was refused. In my opinion this is totally unsatisfactory. I feel as though they don't care about my condition.
If it wasn't for Dr. Greenwald, Dr. Saidman & staff I would not be here today. MOA is better then going out of town. Excellent, wonderful care.
11 years & myself, Dr.Greenwald & all of my medical team are still kicking CANCER to the curb where the garbage is supposed to go!!!! Lots of LOve & RESPECT to all the M.O.A. staff
