Lots of billing trouble and finally shunted to Jane Osterson, COO but still no luck on solving outcome. And you will say "we have no record of you" as an excuse but that is not acceptable.

Since U of I took over this practice which was promised to be great.,...the billing is screwed up, the Drs are the same poor quality and frankly I am done. I would pay my bill but once again the "system is down" What the hey!!! Btw Dr El Haddid has the worst bedside and frankly just avoid him and his PA
My Mom received excellent care from this organization. Right now my only frustration is their busy phone line lately. Last week I called 3 different days and couldn't get through to the appointment scheduler. Crossing my fingers that this week I'll get to reschedule my Mom's follow-up appt.
Despite my mother being a difficult patient, mission did their best to support her in her cancer journey before she passed
