Dr Heddinger was my Oncology Doctor during my Cancer Journey. His Nurses Dino and Aaron were so nice. Everytime I would come into to have my checkups with Dr Heddinger. He was so nice and kind, knowledgeable. He takes the time to get to know you. Our visits were never rushed. He cares 💯 for all his patients. I am so grateful for him and his staff for the excellent care!

Wish I could have given a zero. They have no idea what they are doing. Front desk clueless, getting someone to communicate with you takes several calls, they lose appointments and seem bothered when you press them. You never even see your Dr. It's always just a nurse. There needs to be more options in Des Moines. Shame on them.
Thank goodness Dr Madgy Elsawy has retired. I was under his care since early 2015. In 2019 I was misdiagnosed with an auto-immune disorder by him and he never found the cause of my hemolysis. He never looked at the supplements I was taking and I was slowly poisoning my body with an iron supplement for years because my PCP recommended it. A doctor at Georgetown said YOU NEED TO STOP TAKING THAT! As far a my misdiagnosis, all it took was a simple look at a blood smear under the microscope to see I had Hereditary Spherocytosis.... read more
The place is operated by heartless people. They do not care about you as a patient they only care about their bottom dollar.
