Great medical staff and office. The doctors take their time to examen you and go over your concerns for coming in. They are prompt and professional. Very clean office and sunny howard beach view.

This dr. Office is a joke, since his office DO NOT MAKE APPTS. I got to his office in Howard Beach at 9:30am. with 2 people ahead of me, all the time that I was there, people were coming and out, while the patients are still waiting. Well by the time 2pm. Came around, I WAS UNGLUED, I STARTED ASKING WHEN AM I GOING TO BE SEEN BY DR. The front desk staff at this office is top notch. They are so courteous and kind. This is important in your experience with a medical facility. They are great.

Worst front desk staff i have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. I had an appointment with dr. Shim. They rescheduled me with a different provider and did not notify me of that change. Go literally anywhere else and you’ll actually get to see a doctor. Also if your kid gets sick they don’t take walkins. You have to competitively call at open time to HOPE to get an appointment SMH
