Unprofessional Experience with Phlebotomist Joanne I went in to do my blood work and met with Joanne. She wiped my arm and there was a long strand of hair where she had just wiped, so I removed it. Joanne got upset, saying now she has to wipe the area again because I had just touched it. While getting ready to wipe it, she is talking to herself, saying things like "I don't know why you touched it after I just wiped it."
