I do not know why they have had bad reviews, ive been going here for a few years now, DR ULLA is the man when it comes to Diabetic treatment and control. He has cut my A1C in half since going there, His assistant(s) are great, they treat you like a friend VS patient and i like that, I highly recommend this place alot, and i have been to several ENDOCRINOLIGIST and again this one is by far the best.
The staff are unprofessional, medication is not ordered when requested and patient care is nonexistent.
Very poor customer service. I'm not sure why front desk person is at work since she cannot be bothered. She is mad because we called or asked when we went there.
Longtime patient. Dr. St. John is amazing and I highly recommend her.
After 6 yes I said 6 YEARS of waiting to be seen by this office I finally had an appointment. When I originally moved from CA to Texas I called to make an appointment and they wanted a referral. Well I just moved and had not established a PCP but I did have my records from CA which included my records from my Endocrinologist in CA. After hours of arguing I was denied a visit.
