If this review had negative stars it would be a negative 5 stars for Susan Pendergast NP. She is the rudest person I have ever met. I came to this office expecting a professional visit, but instead was treated with such disrespect from the moment she walked into the room. She would not listen to me and instead gave her own personal opinions on the reason of my visit. It was the most uncomfortable, judgmental, and degrading visit ever!! My neurologist is great Dr. Verha but their answering system is horrible. And i can never get a call back. And there is a rude woman that answers every time.
The other review is for a different aspect of this office, Dr. Kumar is my neurologist and she's great. I never have to wait very long for my appointment (usually 10-15 minutes max) and once I'm in the exam room they are very quick and efficient. She has a nurse practitioner who I see also and he is very kind and helpful as well. There are other doctors who also use the office, but when it comes to neurology the office is great.
