Wish I could give this negative stars. They were suppose to come and service my oxygen tank. I can't use it because of the alarm going off. Had to be at work at 10 AM, I made sure to tell them when I made the original appointment. They never called or showed up. I called to cancel the appointment and reschedule and the representative hung up on me before I was able to reschedule. I got her name so if something happens with my breathing while I'm asleep my husband will know who else to file a civil suit against besides the ... read more
Terrible inefficiency cannot go into all the detail I just posted on a Google review today the 8th of June. 2020. These people are only interested in getting people to auto order supplies. Whether you NEED them or not. I will buy my new machine elsewhere and report their issues to my MD so he does not use them either .They have delayed a simple face cushion order for NO good reason except their incompetence .
