This company is a scam. Thier customer service reps are clueless. They tell something is covered and when it clearly states it is. In my case I was told out of country medical emergencies are not covered, when it clearly states it in their benefits guide. Then when you open a claim and submit the documents, they don't do anything until you start putting pressure on them, it them 3 1/2 months to process claim.
