This company could not be more unresponsive. I would give them zero stars in this review (or even negative stars) if that were possible. Here's why: Their billing statements provide a phone number and extension to call with billing questions. It does not provide a "previous balance", a service date, the service provider or what the service was. Just an "amount due" that I am expected to accept at face value and pay with no explanation. I called seven or eight times over a period of ten days and NEVER had a live person answer... read more
I very much agree with the previous post. I have tried paying bills received from this company and it is next to impossible. I have left messages stating that I would like to pay my bill, but do not receive a call back.They do not provide a good service to the doctors for whom they bill. I just received 2 bills for services provided in May of 2015. (Today is Oct of 2016). I was not able to reach anyone to pay these bills.
