Went for the first time around 745a on a Friday. It was quiet and the phlebotomist checked me in and drew my blood. She was nice and proficient with the draw. The office, I think, is still relatively new. It was very clean. It's in a location that I can see getting busy at times because of all the other businesses in close proximity. But that also makes it in a very convenient location.
This was the quickest / easiest process I’ve ever experienced with getting blood work done. I walked in and they called me back in a matter of minutes. The lady who drew my blood was named Amanda, she was perfect. I usually pass out, I didn’t even feel lighted headed. One poke and done. Very happy with this experience!
Great lab! The staff are friendly, I never have to wait long, and the place is very clean.
Lied to me saying they were in-network for my specific Cigna plan, they also took my insurance card at the time as well. Now I owe $800 for routine blood work. These people are terrible and should be ashamed. There is a pattern of this happening apparently as another review encountered the same issue as I am currently experiencing.
We had a great experience here when I brought my 7 year old in for bloodwork. He was extremely nervous and they were wonderful.
