Lied to me saying they were in-network for my specific Cigna plan, they also took my insurance card at the time as well. Now I owe $800 for routine blood work. These people are terrible and should be ashamed. There is a pattern of this happening apparently as another review encountered the same issue as I am currently experiencing.
We had a great experience here when I brought my 7 year old in for bloodwork. He was extremely nervous and they were wonderful.
In my experience coming here the staff has always been so welcoming and kind. I tend to feel faint after blood work and they have always accommodated me and never made me feel bad about it. Super sweet and professional ladies there!!
0 stars for this place, their front desk doesn't know how to do their job.The first time I went I gave her my insurance card and she told me that they took my insurance as is normal in all the offices you go But she lied to me because in reality that place my insurance was not eligible and I realized it when my bill arrived and I have to pay everything without insurance.
