Joe never gets what I ask for. For instance I ask for a battery for my electric lift and he tried toget me a hoyer lift that not electric. I have been asking for several months a obus backrest support and I still havent gotten it. The list is long. I have had it with this company.
Ive been w/this company for 5 years & constant issues w/my wheelchair & Joe in his idiot mind thinks wheelchairs dont ever need repairing. Its time 4 a new one. I also have a hospital bed w/air mattress (never had aproblem til now) First they say well their suppose to sink in & come back up w/o seeing it. Kevin comes then Joe &changes filter.
