I do NOT recommend. I hit my insurance deductible yet they tried to say the anatomy scan was NOT covered and when I tried to call it was impossible to get someone on the phone. So I just left it as that and luckily insurance did cover it but no communication from the office to confirm/ deny the amount owed. Why tell the patients to arrive 15 minutes early only to make you wait 20 plus minutes past your appointment time!! Friendly and compassionate staff. Very thorough. 🩷
No one likes getting imaging done…with that being said…I’ve had an MRI and CT done here within the last 2 months. Both times have been excellent. The techs are efficient with good bedside manner. The facility is clean and the check in process is smooth.
