Front desk staff seriously need to be retrained on how to receive a damn fax. I had an order sent 3 times one of which I went into my job and faxed it myself. Still tried to give me an issue about it saying they didn’t get it and tried to tell me they couldn’t take the order that I had in my hand and it needed to be faxed even though they clearly don’t receive them.
Had a very bad experience there this last Friday, April 3, 2026, and will never use this particular office again.
I had over a dozen MRIs last year. My doctors have requested that I no longer use this place as their images are inferior to any of the systems north or south. I've had several of their images read by other health centers and they always have things this place forgot to mention. They also ran my mri on a lesser than machine for the test ordered despite being asked several times about it before hand. My experience here yesterday was nothing but positive. From the time I walked through the front door I was treated with care and respect. The staff were so attentive and thoughtful, making the entire experience comfortable and tolerable. I was in for an MRI of my prostate, and everything went off without a single discomfort. Thank you for making everything so enjoyable.
If you make an appointment with THIS Imaging group make sure you have an email sent to you the moment you make appointment. These people do not know or do not have logs to verify whether someone in their office changed your appointment or just did not make the correct appointment. I asked for a manager, and what it looks like the manager did not have the guts to talk to me, so assuming the Scheduling Rep just made up some excuses.
