My experience here yesterday was nothing but positive. From the time I walked through the front door I was treated with care and respect. The staff were so attentive and thoughtful, making the entire experience comfortable and tolerable. I was in for an MRI of my prostate, and everything went off without a single discomfort. Thank you for making everything so enjoyable.
If you make an appointment with THIS Imaging group make sure you have an email sent to you the moment you make appointment. These people do not know or do not have logs to verify whether someone in their office changed your appointment or just did not make the correct appointment. I asked for a manager, and what it looks like the manager did not have the guts to talk to me, so assuming the Scheduling Rep just made up some excuses.
They have been attempting to collect an outrageous amount of money from my parent. We're talking $17,000 for a tumor imaging. They said insurance info is inadequate. No patient should have to go through this.
The staff made the experience almost fun. Their waiting room is a good size. There is also coffee and water while you wait. The technician guided me through the mri process. They also have snacks when you are done which is always a plus.
Today I truly experienced God’s miracle through the kindness of others. Chelsey and Amanda went above and beyond to help me. It was dark, and my GPS stopped working . I couldn’t find the medical imaging center. Chelsey stayed on the phone with me the whole time, giving directions, while Amanda came outside to look for me and wave me down. Even though I was 15 minutes late, they both treated me with patience, care, and compassion. It’s rare to find people who do their job with such heart. I’m so grateful for them.
