Chimere at scheduling was absolutely wonderful!!! I could have not asked for a more compassionate, professional and helpful person at Scheduling!! Chimere was the only person able to assist after a snafu with my Imaging appointment and several hours on the phone with other schedulers. Thank you so very much, Chimere!!! Your helpfulness and kind demeanor truly made my day!!!!
Sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours for a single x-ray for a sick toddler. Absolutely unacceptable! Edited to add: the woman at the front desk bold faced lied to me also.
Radiologist did not do a comparison on any of the 6 other MRI’s then when asked to compare said unchanged when there were actually new MS lesions from the previous MRI and the one he read. If your report says Roura, Daniel I’d ask for a different radiologist to read your report.
Been hete several times. Very well run part of the hospital. Last visit came as a walk in around 8am. Finished under 45 minutes.
