Drop in for xray this week, around 4pm. Parking lot and office almost empty. Greeted nicely, and waited less than 5 minutes, after completing paperwork, to be taken back. Quick, competent, friendly xray tech had me out the door in under 15 minutes. Results available to the doctor immediately, and in myChart the next day. I'm sure it depends on whether the ER is busy as to how long it takes in imaging, but I hit it just right.
I went here in the late afternoon and everything went well. There was a very brief wait. Check-in was easy. Everyome was nice and professional. The facility was very clean. I would recommend this place to my family and friends who live in the area.
Waited 2 hour past appointment time for a thyroid scan. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks with no results. Just tried to call and prompt just keeps repeating. Everyone was nice and facility was clean.
Lady at front desk obviously doesn't like her job, rude and unprofessional. And wait time was astronomical for me being the ONLY person sitting in the waiting area. But there was some light at the end of the tunnel, place was clean and staff that did my ct scan were great but that's it!
I visited for x rays 03202025. Very nice new, clean facilities. The reception staff ( Miss S.)was friendly and courteous as earlier I had called for directions too. My X ray technician ( miss B.) was very professional, helpful/ bedside assistance as i needed and knowledgeable, as she answered my questions and explained the process. You are assets to the Baptist.
