The billing department's log keeping is unacceptable-- MIFB somehow cannot make a single transaction and visit match what is billed to insurance, the statement issued for your payment, and their OWN RECORDS. They will bill insurance multiple times in duplicate, incorrectly charge co-insurance, refunds are wrong and delayed (by law this is required within 30 days), and follow up statements are issued in duplicate demanding overpayment (which again do not match insurance or pre-payments made). I have never had a professional office call me and ask me to do their job. The office called saying that the doctor told them not to call again and they were yelled at by the PACT Urgent care facility, I called to get what imaging needed, I had to call back to get a new order sent, finally I received a text telling me to call and schedule the appointment. When I called, they said they were waiting on the doctors office to call the insurance company for authorization!! This has been going on for two days. Neither of these pla... read more

Lees Hill Imaging has some of the most caring staff. The wait times are a little past your time of arrival, but once you go back, you only wait for about 15 more minutes. They had lockers to put your personal items in during your procedure. They also give you a card with all the names of the staff who helped you, which is nice to have when they send out the survey about a month later. I wish they would send the survey out sooner so that the staff coukd get more positive reviews and the accolades they have coming to them. The... read more
