Jennifer Allen is the greatest and her team also. She is very informative.
Rude. Made me wait an hour and a half for an appointment I had scheduled for months. Doctor made me explain in detail how I was sexually assaulted in front of my own mother. Consistently have issues getting my medication from them; I never have issues receiving other prescriptions from other offices. They never answer the phone DESPITE BEING OPEN and have no voicemail options. Moving doctors immediately after this hell.
Refused to reschedule an appt even though I called weeks in advance. Healthcare does NOT care. Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely scared on how I'm going to care for my pregnancy if this is how they treat people. I have no clue what to do now.
