I've been a patient here for years. Never had an issue until now. I called Monday and left a message on the nurse line. I didn't think it was an emergency, but I had something going on very concerning. I called at 9:40 am and after not receiving a call back by 5:40, I went to my chart and also sent a message. I have been a patient for 28 years. They delivered all four of my children. They gave great care and service during my pregnancies. Dr. Giep is great. He explains everything I need to know in detail. I do recommend him.
