Be careful if you choose this office. My Dr. had me injected with a drug I did not ask for or approve of. He refused to take responsibility. He made inaccurate notes in my chart that he refuses to amend. The office manager is rude.
This is bad. I ever thought she treated me bad because I'm Asian; she let me wait 2 hours and had a bad attitude.
Dr.Amanda has some of the BEST bedside manners AWESOME!! The Staff is great also! Having greatness in a Drs.office is very important for the patients makes the visits that much better and encourages the patients to refer others.
Not sure if they over book or what it is, but the time management here is terrible. Always have to wait 45min+ in the room. When they talk to you its in a rush. No matter the time of your appointment. Ive done it first thing in the morning and still have to wait a long time after checking in. Customer service is nice but that wait time, unfortunately medical locations are business hours so consideration for peoples times would be appreciated espically when people are taking time off of their jobs.
