The staff was all very nice & personable. I know the 2 I met were both named Ashley & both were super sweet. The receptionist at check out was great as well getting me scheduled for a procedure before I left.
This appointment was for my 14 year old so I was already nervous. The lady up front (Kaylee IDK if I’m spelling it correctly) was so nice and personable. She didn’t rush me when I had questions about payment and our follow up appointment. Dr. Frazier was super nice and professional and covered all my concerns and came up with a plan that made me feel like we are going to get answers. This was the less stressful appointment I’ve ever had.
Very irresponsible and unprofessional office staff. Spartanburg health system is the worst I have ever been to.
