It was a great visit!
The nurses and doctor were beyond very pleasant & helpful. All of them which were ladies, brought great comfort to me during my office visit.
I hate to leave a negative review, but the experience at the front desk completely ruined what could have been a good visit. The two women working check-in were extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, it honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Customer service matters especially at the front of a medical office where patients may already be stressed or anxious.
