I wish I had the option to do zero stars. This practice does not deserve them. And I will say Spartanburg Regional has sure changed their desire to have a 5 star. When I worked there that’s all we ever heard and then I see this practices 3.2. And after reading these comments and experiencing the same issues years later tell me they do mot care about the patients nor their feedback. Was told I could bring my 1 year old child in a stroller and I drove two hours for the appointment. - I brought him and then they told me that I couldn’t even have him in the lobby. Very poor communication.
Such a wonderful team! Every one was so kind and Dr. McDowell was so helpful.
I had a recent appointment with Dr. Laye, he was really awesome along the with ultrasound tech I saw with that day, (she was a very sweet lady).
