I haven't met all the doctors here, but I think this is a practice issue more than a doctor issue. This facility is really close to my home, so I thought I would try to establish a primary care doctor there. The one time I was able to go, it was all but empty. But every time I've tried to get a sick visit appointment, both through the app and by calling, I'm told that the doctor has no availability for the next 3 or more weeks. My Husband and I recently moved to SC., finding a new Dr. can be very challenging. We made our appointments with Dr.Calem Al Shaikley.He was very thorough and made us feel very comfortable addressing all our concerns , We left knowing we made the right decision. The staff made scheduling our future appointments a breeze..

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I arrived at 1:45 PM for my appointment with my PCP, which was the time I had noted in my calendar. Despite being physically inside the reception area at 1:45 PM, I was told I couldn’t see the doctor because the check-in was marked at 1:46 PM—just one minute later. There were no other patients waiting, yet I was turned away. This 5-star review is for Hannah Camp. the senior practice manager at the Five Forks location. I was seeing a doctor at this practice and called with a request. I was denied the request, and typically, that's when a disgruntled customer takes to the internet with a complaint. However, the experience with Hannah brought calmness and resolution to the issue.
