I would just say if you tip in cash be sure a tip is not added in again on invoice when you pay. I didn't catch it until I was home, perhaps it was an error but happened to a friend of mine as well.
Loved Dr Heintzelman but she relocated to another state. I was referred to another Dr in the practice, never made it to the back. Canceled my appointment standing in the lobby due to the unhelpful receptionist. This particular receptionist caused me and my wife to cancel both appointments and find another PCP. Eight plus years with this office and never had a problem like this.
