The staff is nice, but they have zero concern with you as a patient. It’s been almost 6 weeks since I’ve had one test and over 2 for another and I haven’t received results for ether. What I have gotten is the bill for those tests. At this point there’s no reason as to why my results haven’t been shared with me. I’ve sent messages in MyChart and they have been ignored. If you have a concerns I wouldn’t go to this practice because you will be left in the dark for weeks.
Met with Dana, a PA. She was so detailed, actually read through his chart. She listened intently. So very impressed
I was happy with all the medical group that seen me. Specially the doctor she is wonderful.
