The receptionist is very rude! I called about becoming a new patient and she was very rude and hostile with her tone! Rudely said well depends on what you need seen for. I tell her yearly anual and breathes heavily and with a nastier tone says "we are booked until April" I say can I make an appointment anyways and if it doesn't work out I can cancel?
