Although Marie Nay is awesome, the people who do the scheduling, are not. I made an appointment a month ago. It was initially for the 1st of the month. I had one of the schedulers call me to reschedule for the 13th. Well, I happen to call to confirm my appointment and the girl I spoke with tell me I didn't have an appointment.
