I’m not sure what the medical equivalency of a puppy mill is but this place is it. Staff are very friendly if you get a chance to talk to them, but office management is extremely poor as is the training. I would book the first appointment of the day so that they wouldn’t be too backed up and still have to wait over an hour. They’re trying to run as many people through as they can. Communication with patients is terrible. Had surgery there and a week later started to have problems. Was told that I can't follow up with the Dr who did my surgery without a new referral! This is a terrible clinic to go to. I was scheduled for my 6mnth follow up and I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hrs before I was told there was NO Dr in the office. The SMS reminder said that I would be seeing the Dr!! The other patients in the waiting room were also voicing their problems with the clinic. DISSATISFIED! I was lucky to get... read more
Lousy lousy lousy...I'm currently over 1 hour and 15 minutes and they still havent even looked at my 96 yr old mother...cruel to seniors and they don't care. The staff is good, the dr could care less or he would change this. I,ve been coming for yrs and it doesn't change
