Front office,staff was attentive and polite and efficient. Tech who did initial exam was polite and informative. Dr Cartwright was informative and answered my questions.

Well I must say I am not at all impressed with the front office staff, just trying to make an appt became so frustrating. I already had a referral from my PCP yet she refused to make an appt under medical saying it would be under Vision care. Tried explaining that I have a medical eye condition with is covered under my Medical plan, not vision and she actually asked if I was self diagnosing now? I got so frustrated I just said never mind. I was also told to just go to an optometrist and then call if they thought I needed to.... read more
I must say they are a top-notch team! I just had cataract surgery with lens implant and I am also at risk for glaucoma and I feel like I am in knowledgeable hands with Dr. Cartwright. He answers all my questions and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
