The doctor talks out of both sides of his mouth. He would agree with my doctor's assessment then write a contrary note for his insurance company. These people work for the insurance companies and are generally less qualified than your nurse practitioners (C Doctors need jobs too) they are insensitivized to deny your coverage by the insurance companies they work for.
