Arrived for appt few minutes early. Door was locked. Waited around for 15 minutes, knocking, calling the office, no answer. Got a text 20 minutes after my scheduled appt that my appt was canceled. Drove 45 min with my infant daughter. Awful customer service!

I cannot say enough nice things about Medical Ear Piercing in Denville. Hannah was beyond patient and so caring. My 9 year old daughter was extremely upset and Hannah made this scary experience a million times easier. Hannah took so much time explaining and getting the earrings perfect! I highly recommend if your child is getting her ears pierced to definilty go to this establishment!!!!!!
My daughter had her ears pierced yesterday. It was very clean and organized and the person who did the piercing was careful, precise and very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience and highly recommend!
