Excellent customer service. Polite and very helpful on the phone. Delivery made as promised.
When my doctor failed to show me how to use the TENS unit he prescribed and my insurance wouldn't cover an appointment so he could, I called Medical Dynamics for help. Here's how they helped. Their CEO was going to be about 30 miles away from my home (very rural) the next day and he came to my house and showed me how to dial in the settings, where to place the electrodes and how to use the unit for the best results. Talk about customer service! I couldn't be happier with the TENS unit or Medical Dynamics.
