Like others have already mentioned, the daytime workers are useless. They don't return calls and they'll reschedule appointments without notifying you. If you don't like your job, then maybe consider working where you don't have to deal with the public. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. The evening workers, on the other hand, are very professional and friendly. I'd give them 5 stars. Great work from the night shift!
Calls and emails go unanswered. Trying to find out what's going on with the Phillips Dream station CPAP settlement. Absolutely terrible customer service!
I had a good experience with the technicians. The lady from Nipigon was very nice and professional, I forgot her name though. I gave her 5 stars. The front desk was ok, better in person than on the phone.
Getting the sleep study was fine and no problems. The staff there are not nice and at times rude. Getting to see "sleep doc" is completely unacceptable. I have been waiting for 1 yr to see a doc. Additionally, I call regularly for updates to getting an appointment and their response is unprofessional and most of the time they don't even return your message/phone call
Couldn’t be bothered to cancel my original appointment after coming in for a cancellation appointment.
