I had my appt today and found the process from beginning to end very easy and very informative!! I will always deal with this company and would say people should deal with this company. A company who cares about their customers and not the profit.
I went for a sleep study. The bed were comfortable. The rooms were quiet and dark. Staff were very responsive to my questions.
Staff were wonderful. Doctor Malik had a mild temper tantrum asking me why I was there, and proceeded to mock my doctor to me for referring me. Malik stared at me eyes bulging, as if looking for an explanation. Was probably the most bipolar experience I had with a doctor. Also, the clinic can just send the 12 lead results to my doctor, so I have no idea why Malik was there. It was as if he was a mascot.
I recently had to go there for a Breathing Test and just the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely awful. The girls answering the phones were super short, rush you like crazy and have an attitude the entire time, which I’m also assuming are the same girls who greet you at the front when you walk in because they were the exact same in person. We got a breathing test- was nervous before hand but Patricia walked me through every step. Very professional. Very kind and considerate. I will never worry about having that test again! Thank goodness for Patricia and this great clinic! Our town needs places like this
