Had treatment 10/2019. First notice of unpaid 4/2020 then collections 5/2020. Insurance insists it's covered, MDIG simply refuses to return calls to anyone. Insurance (Tricare) sent a letter. 9/2020 again contacted by collections (same bill), again Tricare sent a letter because can't reach MDIG on phone. Local hospital says they've shut down??? Good!
I received one bill and called the place I had the imaging done, they said I didn't owe this. Then two weeks later I received a collections notice from Associated Credit services. When I tried to call Medical Diagnostic to see why I am being billed, there was no answer, all you can do is leave a message. Customer service is a dying art!
the best advice is to get treated elsewhere. even if you pay these fools they send you to the collection agency. And they never answer the phone. i looked them up on the BBB and they also have several complaints. as well as on google they have sent so ma y others to collections i justly.
Have a live person answer the phones...not a machine saying "we will call you back and then NEVER DO !!
I just filed a complaint with the Insurance Commission on these clowns. I had a mammogram in May of 2019, I just received a bill from these people for the reading. Yesterday being 2-25-2020. They waited till exactly 2 days after timely filing had passed so I as the patient now have to pay out of my pocket. I try and call their company and can't get through to a person and their mailbox is full!!!!
