Excellent experience on 2 recent CAT scans. Saved money and was very pleased with the service and professionalism.
After reading some of the negative reviews I was kind of apprehensive on having my imaging done here. Happy to say that I had a fantastic experience getting my CAT scan done there. Everyone was very pleasant. My appointment was right on scheduled time and the technician was absolutely fabulous. I believe her name was Laurie and she walked me through everything asked me several times how I was doing throughout the procedure. Unfortunately I am editing this review. First off, the desk were, and still are AWESOME. Both lady’s were very helpful and great energy. The facility is a clean and safe environment. Im being honest for the sake of any other customers/patients coming in next. My experience with the nurse “Laurie” today was one of the worst medical interactions I’ve ever had. After having several ultrasounds at MDI, I can't say that we're impressed. We definitely will NOT consider coming back in the future. I do agree with others that some of the reception staff members aren't the most friendly and come off being quite rude. If you're pregnant, you should know that the only ultrasound tech is a male. It wasn't a big deal for us, but that could be a game changer for other ladies. Scheduling is a bit finicky as well, since they currently only do ultrasounds on Wednesdays and Fridays.
