I was referred to Medical Diagnostic Imaging for an urgent CT scan, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, Wendy i believe her name was (older lady) was very rude and unprofessional. She stated there was “no way” I would be seen because they have procedures to follow and showed no concern for what my provider had communicated. Would not recommend just for the fact that you can’t even get a word in to talk to schedule and appointment
