A very efficient place to get an image,scan,x ray. Very smooth operation!
The staff was friendly. After the scan you will be given disk, with the scan recorded on it. Make sure you doctor will accept an outside radiologist scans first. A CT scan with and with out contrast was $10,000 at the hospital. At MDI it was less than half the cost. Note: if you have insurance let them know. They will need a copy of the scan order from your doctor. Insurance companies do have negotiated rates with the hospitals, that reduce the cost substantially. The ultrasound tech and front desk ladies are extremely professional!! Both times I went I couldn’t believe the level of professionalism. Definitely recommend this location! Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you!
The entire visit went remarkably well. Jean and Wendy were very accommodating. They went above and beyond expectations. They made me feel very comfortable and treated me in a professional manner. I would highly recommend MRI for my next scan.
I was referred to Medical Diagnostic Imaging for an urgent CT scan, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, Wendy i believe her name was (older lady) was very rude and unprofessional. She stated there was “no way” I would be seen because they have procedures to follow and showed no concern for what my provider had communicated. Dealing with the stress and anxiety of needing an urgent CT is already difficult, and her attitude made it so much worse. I left feeling disrespected and disregarded. I would ... read more
