The entire visit went remarkably well. Jean and Wendy were very accommodating. They went above and beyond expectations. They made me feel very comfortable and treated me in a professional manner. I would highly recommend MRI for my next scan.
I was referred to Medical Diagnostic Imaging for an urgent CT scan, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, Wendy i believe her name was (older lady) was very rude and unprofessional. She stated there was “no way” I would be seen because they have procedures to follow and showed no concern for what my provider had communicated. Dealing with the stress and anxiety of needing an urgent CT is already difficult, and her attitude made it so much worse. I left feeling disrespected and disregarded. I would ... read more

Had a wonderful experience at MDI staff pleasant and professional very caring and informative
Would not recommend just for the fact that you can’t even get a word in to talk to schedule and appointment
