I purchased a Flex-A-Bed Hi Lo from this company recently for my elderly mother who had an extended stay in the hospital. She was used to a queen-size mattress on her platform bed. Her condition necessitated getting a hospital-type bed, but a hospital bed was too narrow for her liking. I also ordered this bed because it was the only adjustable bed that would go up and down. Clearly from customers own review they were not pleasant to customer service rep. Customer inquired different times for different information each call. There is thousands of customers a week and we would need to obtain customer information and ask questions for each call customer made in to acquire the information customer was asking for. Per our return policy as well as any retail when it comes to mattresses the cover may not be removed due to the Florida State Law on hygienic items.
