Deep cleaning was gentle, dentist, narrated throughout the procedure, beautiful murals on the wall, recommend.
Extremely unprofessional. The ladies working up front talk smack about their patients, right in front of the ones waiting, to include service members. They state your appointment is at a certain time then you wait over half an hour for said appointment only to say well the appointment isn’t until later, we said this time so you can fill out paperwork (just state the actual appointment time). If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
I haven’t been to a dentist in over six years because the last dentist I went to Dr. Rappaport try to gouge me for $4000 in Work. Tell me I need all this work done and I knew something was off, so I waited until I had a referral, and I went in, and I was surprised and pleased with, the pricing they gave me I didn’t feel like they gouged me. I came for two fillings with Dr.Lopez however after the fillings I felt a discomfort when biting. Dr Lopez was so kind in bringing me in the same day I called and taking care of the pain. He was so thorough in explaining every step with me. I also experienced such a lovely time with his assistant Angie. Angie made me feel super welcome here and I really felt like she cared deeply about my treatment! Really recommend this amazing team.
