I cannot recommend both the Santos doctors (father and son) and every single person on their team enough! I came in with a lot of work needing to be done, and the whole process of getting my treatment plan completed was such a positive experience. Dr. Santos (Jr.) is very kind and caring, very important qualities in patient care. He did a root canal and crown on one tooth, which my previous dentist looked at and said needed to be pulled, and replaced a previous crown I had. I booked an appointment for my 3 children. I confirmed my appointment a day prior. I showed up on time for my appointment the day of the appointment and they said since I didn’t confirm that morning all 3 of my appointments got cancelled. We all know how hard it is to pull 3 kids from different age groups from school to to make it on time just to find out all 3 appointments got cancelled. I finally got them to at least take X-rays for one of my kids to bring him in for a clean up again tomorrow which means I have to pull him... read more
Very disappointed the dentist can care less. I should have just gone to Mexico they probably would have done a better job there never going back.
Stay away from this place. The receptionists are rude and disrespectful with patients. If you want to see for yourself, just call the place. They also regularly cancel appointments same day. We had to drop the treatment even after it was paid in full due to how the receptionist disrespected my partner.
