Front desk help is anything but pleasant to deal with. There are far too many dentist offices to choose from than to deal with rude receptionists that don’t code correctly. Disappointing because I really liked the Dentist himself.
The only reason I have this a 1 was because I couldn’t rate 0. I had a tooth extracted from here and 2 weeks or less I was still experiencing excruciating pain. I returned for a follow up and the doctor said everything was fine no sign or infection/dry socket. Two days after my follow up visit I decided to go to urgent care they told me immediately it was an infection and treated me and within a day I felt relief. I love this place! When my crown (from another place) came off they got me in right away!! The dentist was awesome!
