The rudest person I have ever spoke to. My husband’s claim is in the appeal process and she was rambling on about how I wanted to pay. I told her she was the funniest person I have talked to today and well She wasn’t happy then told me thanks and hung up. So unprofessional.
Logically, being a collection or RMC (Revenue Management Cycle) company, people are going to rate them poorly. Nobody likes to get asked to pay what they owe. This people are just trying to collect unpaid bills before being considered write-offs. Cut them some slack and pay your bills on time people.
