This place sucks. Here's to helping anyone going through some crap with this company. INSIST they send you proof. Have record of you insisting. If they cannot send you proof of your debt (as they are legally required to), then you don't have to pay. Look up what is required of them to send as proof. Send a Debt verification letter (look it up). I got an email of a supervisor from an employee. I asked for their licensing number. They have yet to respond.
