I like Dr. Rivera but the office is the most incompetent team I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone and if they do they are very knowledgeable. They are pleasant but always blame there shortcomings on someone or something else. They just need to clean house, structure needs to be a top down kinda thing.
I will never go back. Doctor Rrivera is very nice but the supervisor was very rude and loud to me and my daughter. she needs to be replaced with someone more in toon with people in need. I must add the receptionist was nice. I'am deeply sadden. thank you for this opportunity, I hope she goes then I will def come back. ms thorne.

I was quite pleased with the service I received. Everyone was pleasant and it was great having everything done that needed to be done in one visit...including x-ray, prescriptions, referrals, etc...and Dr. Vallejo was very thorough. I already have my next appointment!
