I had an excellent experience at the eye institute with friendly techs and staff as well as my doctor. I appreciated the time and care provided over the last couple of years. I feel thankful I was able to receive non judgmental treatment because I knew other people with my condition who have not been as lucky in other facilities.
I come here for a loved one. The dr is wonderful. The wait time is horrible. Our appointment was at 3:45pm , it's almost 7pm and the dr still hasn't made it into the room. The nurse says your next. We'll, I'm assuming so, everyone after us, already left.
