The doctors are good, the place is just outdated and gloomy. It’s not the staff’s fault. It just needs a revamping. Don’t expect glamorous care here. It’ll be a bit janky, but they get the job done. Rough around the edges though.
Scheduling is a disaster here. Not complaining about medical care, but scheduling and front office communication. They don't know what they are doing. First, scheduled me for a day the doctor wasn't in. Second, arrived after my rescheduled appt. nearly 2 months after their first debacle and was told no one was scheduled to see me. I should have been called. All the time, travel and expense this caused me is unfathomable.
